This solution is ideal for users who generally produce the same format while frequently changing the type of profile (sharp edge/chamfered corners, straight/wavy edges, etc.). The double die-box eliminates downtime due to mould changeovers. Indeed, thanks to this solution there is no need to even remove them, it is sufficient to extract part of the die-box from the front of the press and replace it with the new one. Press settings are thus left unchanged and production can restart in just a few minutes with the new format.
